My mind has been wandering in every direction lately. There is so much on my mind and I cannot stay focused. Thinking some art journal therapy would help, I began sifting through my craft stash. When I came across an arrow stencil from Faber Castell it prompted me to search for a quote on Pinterest that would fit my current mood. I found an inspirational quote that did the trick and spent some time just enjoying the process.
